The Ten Oaks Project is committed to protecting personal information provided by volunteers and service users.
The Ten Oaks Project may collect personal information about individuals who apply for a volunteer or paid position, volunteer as program staff, project volunteers or on the Board of Directors, participate on a committee, register for and use our programs, donate, or subscribe to our eNewsletter.
If you provide personal information to us for any of these reasons, you can do so with the understanding that your personal information will be protected. Whether in electronic or paper-based format, the Ten Oaks Project maintains systems to safeguard your information from unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse. As well, when we no longer need your personal information, it will be safely destroyed.
In the event that we transfer your personal information to a third party for processing (for example, mail house distribution) we contractually require any organization to protect your confidentiality in a manner consistent with our procedures or as required by law.

The Ten Oaks Project uses non-persistent cookies within multiple page online forms to remember you from page to page.
