Once you’ve submitted this form, we will contact you by email within five business days to let you know if:
- There is a spot available for your family at camp (registration forms will be included in this email) OR
- There is not a spot currently available and your family has been added to the waiting list.
Please don’t hesitate to give us a shout with any questions at 613-614-1537 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that Oak Grove Family Camp is open for families from LGBTQ+ communities and identities who have at least one child / youth aged 17 or under in their care.
The Ten Oaks Project is committed to implementing a racially and ethnically diverse, anti-ageist, gender-varied, economically-mixed and multi-abled camper and volunteer population from LGBTQ+ identities, families and communities. For campers that are added to our waitlist, we will prioritize giving spots to BIPOC (black, indigenous, and people of colour) and transfeminine children and youth.
Due to a limited number of cabins at our campsite, families will be sharing cabins with one another. We will do our best to accommodate requests for sharing cabins with families you may already know, however, we cannot guarantee it due to limited space and resources. Please include any preferences about which family to share a cabin with in your registration form.
FEES FOR OAK GROVE FAMILY CAMP
The cost for this one-weekend experience is $250 for adults (age 18+), $125 for children and youth (ages 4-17), and free for kids aged 3 and under. Subsidies for families with financial need are available as we are committed to the economic accessibility of our program. If you’d like to apply for a subsidy, please fill out the subsidy section of the registration form.
