5th Annual Bowl-A-Thon What can we say? You're simply amazing...
With nearly 200 bowlers, amazing sponsors and terrific prizes, there was no doubt that the 5th Annual Ten Oaks Project Bowl-A-Thon presented by TD Canada Trust was going to be our biggest year yet. Our 30 lanes of fun-loving fundraisers sure didn't disappoint! Although the last few pledges are still rolling in, we are thrilled to announce that we raised nearly $40,000!
Our host Kelly Dear was a showstopper, getting the crowd into the game and keeping up the momentum throughout the night. We rolled through an amazing round of Adventure Bowling, handed out some incredible loot from the Prize Pile and awarded three awesome prize packs to our Superstar Fundraisers. Our special thanks to Marie Robertson (Top Adult), Eva Comeau (Top Youth), and Riley Schmidt (Top Child) who blew us away with their fundraising results! At the end of the evening, with nearly $40,000 to show for their efforts, our bowlers turned in their shoes for another year, hopefully with some great memories to hold them over until next year.
Thank you to all of you who participated in the Bowl-A-Thon this year. Your continued support helps to ensure that the Ten Oaks Project can keep creating intentional magic for kids and youth from LGBTQ communities. Bowl-A-Thon Photo Albums on Facebook
