A key part of the experience we offer our campers is a home away from home, where they can meet meet and stay connected with lifelong friends, be in a familiar environment, and grow into their identities in a safer, celebratory environment. This is why it’s so important for us to make it as easy as possible for campers to return year after year, and why we offer early registration to returning campers.
Early registration opens at 12:00 PM on January 2 of every year. If your child attended Camp Ten Oaks last year, and your fees are paid in full, you will receive an email with a link to register for the new camp season at this time. This link will only be good for the camper mentioned when we contact you, and shouldn’t be shared or used to input any other camper’s information. Early registration will also give you the opportunity to update your camper’s name and pronouns.
Your guaranteed spot can only be held for the month of January, so be sure to complete your registration before the end of January 31. Once general registration opens to the public on February 1, all remaining spots will be available to new campers.
If you believe you qualified for early registration and haven’t received a link by January 3, we may have an old email address for you, or you may not have paid your camp fees in full the previous year. Please contact us and we’ll look into the situation for you.
Returning campers are only guaranteed a spot at the campsite they attended the previous year. If you wish to change camp locations, you will need to sign up during general registration, on February 1 at 12:00 PM. Please note that we cannot guarantee a spot for your camper if you choose not to register during the early registration period and wait for general registration.
