Key to the camp experience is having a home away from home, where a camper can meet many of the same friends, be in a familiar environment, and for our campers in particular, grow into their identities in a way they might not be able to at home or at school. For this reason, we’ve made it easier for returning campers to have a consistent camp experience year after year.
Early registration begins at 12:00 PM, on January 2 of every year. If your camper attended Camp Ten Oaks the previous year, and your fees are paid in full, you will receive a unique link to register for the new camp season. This link will be good only for the camper mentioned when we contact you, and shouldn’t be shared or used to input any other camper’s information. Early registration will also give you the opportunity to update your camper’s name and pronouns.
Your guaranteed spot can only be held for the month of January, so be sure to complete your registration before then. Once general registration opens to the public on February 2, all remaining spots will be available to new campers.
If you believe you qualified for early registration and haven’t received a link by January 3, you may not have paid your camp fees in full. Please contact us and we’ll look into the situation for you.
If you’ve qualified for early registration your camper’s guaranteed spot is only for the same camp location they attended. If you wish to change camp locations, you will need to sign up during general registration, on February 2 at 12:00 PM. Please note that we cannot guarantee a spot for your camper if you choose to wait for general registration.
