Here is some basic information you need to know about Camp Lifting Leaves.
Camp Lifting Leaves 2019 will be held from October 18-21, 2019 at a campsite near Kingston, ON.
The cost for Camp Lifting Leaves 2019 is $950 per camper. This fee may change from year to year, as it’s calculated based on estimated attendance. The child welfare agency each youth in care is involved with can access funding to cover the fee from OCBe; there are other sources of funding for those out of care, such as agency foundations or Admission Prevention.
Camp fees must be paid in full OR post-dated cheques for the full fee must be sent to the Ten Oaks Project by the first day of camp. Post-dated cheques must be dated no later than December 31. Camp fees must be paid in full by December 31 in order for a child to return to camp the following year.
refund and cancellation policy
All cancellations or refund requests must be submitted to the Ten Oaks Project in writing by email or mail. Refunds for camp fees will be made less a $30 processing fee.
- 100% of the camp fee is refundable until September 1.
- 50% of the camp fee is refundable until September 15.
- 20% of the camp fee is refundable until October 1.
No refunds will be issued after October 1, except in exceptional circumstances.
No refunds are issued if a camper is required to leave camp early for medical reasons or is asked to leave the camp program for behavioural reasons.
